Welcome to The Happy Pet Store! We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. For orders under £30, a flat shipping rate of £3.99 applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery (UK mainland): 3-5 business days from dispatch
Express delivery (UK mainland): 1-2 business days from dispatch — £6.99 flat rate
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands: 5-7 business days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. Certain heavy or bulky items may have restricted delivery areas — this will be noted on the product page.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at o36848013@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at o36848013@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
